You've heard of the market peaking, but what does it really mean? There are a few different peaks throughout the year and in fact, we are in one right now throughout the months of May and June. Listings are coming on quickly, homes are flying off the market, and it’s a great time for people to be out there looking at homes.
The follow-up question we always get is, “When is the right time for me?” Oftentimes, selling your home in the winter can have some great benefits that you don’t enjoy in the summer months. There is definitely less competition at that time of year.
