Today I want to talk to you a little about the value of a great mortgage professional. The mortgage industry has drastically changed yet again in 2016, and there are regulations upon regulations coming into effect that mandate change in the industry for consumer protection purposes.

A lot of the mortgage brokers that have gotten in the business over the last few years simply are not equipped to handle these changes.
