What Does the Connecticut Market Look Like This Spring?

For our second installment of March 2016 market updates, I’d like to share when the spring market actually happens. In fact, it’s right about now -- at the end of March! Did you know that?

As a result of the mild winter and lack of significant snowfall, we’re still seeing new properties entering the Connecticut marketplace. We anticipate this to happen through May and June. If your home isn’t prepared to list, get it ready and reach out by phone or email. We’d be happy to help you every step of the way, including staging!
