Lately, we've seen a significant increase in traffic for our high-end properties and deposits. In fact, traffic is higher for these properties now than at any time all of last year!
So, what does that mean for you? Well, it could be a couple things: the upward pressure of moving mortgage rates, buyers finally getting off the fence and trying to purchase a home, or the fact that the market is at a place where homes are going for great value. I personally think it's the last one of those three aspects that's pressuring people to get into the market!
Home prices are not getting lower, and over the next 12 months, we're going to see an uptick in home appreciation. All of this means that now is the time to buy a home, especially because interest rates are rising. Your affordability is at its highest right now.
