If you plan on listing your home between February and May this year, use these cold winter months to your advantage! Prepare the inside of your home for showings. Here are three ways you can start today.
- Paint. Touch up or update rooms that need attention. Right now, blues and grays are a really hot trend in home decor.
- Declutter. Clean out the closets and that basement. Get rid of things you haven't used in months or years. Your home will look more spacious.
- Update plumbing and light fixtures. Change your current fixtures out for a brushed nickel. This can be expensive, but your home will be more modern. Really, it's a lot less expensive than completely remodeling your kitchen, and it still makes a big difference.
