The Right Day and Time to List Your Home on the Market

A recent study by Redfin showed the specific time of week where home searches spike online. Here’s what it showed.

A lot of our clients have been waiting for the perfect day and time to list their home on the market. According to a recent study on Redfin, they found that the highest area of traffic from potential homebuyers is between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Fridays. This means that you want to get your home on the market no later than Thursday afternoon so that you can give people time to search and make their lists of homes they want to look at. Then, after calling their agent, they call us; we can get them in to see the home as fast as possible. Every moment counts, and sometimes it’s the right moment that counts the most.
