We recently experienced a few challenging transactions, but we made it through. Before we tell you how, let’s talk about technology.
Though websites, apps, and other services are used to drive customer satisfaction and streamline real estate processes, they still don’t guarantee the job gets done. In the challenges we recently overcame, none of our solutions were accomplished through technology. Instead, it was done through the one thing technology can never provide: the human touch.
We had to use our minds to solve these problems, putting our thoughts together to come up with the best option for our clients. In one situation, there was a mechanical issue where the buyer and seller disagreed on who would pay for the repair. The two parties stood firm, but at the end of the day, their real estate agents came together and found a solution that made everyone happy. Technology couldn’t have done this.
When you look for a real estate agent, ask them how they think outside the box and what they do to get the job done. Real estate is still a people-focused business, and a sleek website or app doesn’t make up for the person-to-person interaction it takes to get homes bought and sold successfully.
If you’d like to discuss your real estate needs, have any questions, or would like further information, feel free to reach out to us. We look forward to working with you soon.
