Today we’re live once again from our brand-new office space to talk about a new technology called Homebot. This technology not only enables you to get a great, instant baseline price for your home, but it also helps you evaluate the overall financial health of your investment in homeownership. It will show you how much you’ve paid on your mortgage, how much you can save by paying a little more each month, and even show you refinancing options that are worthwhile to you. It will also look at how much you can make per month renting the property out. We’re really excited about this tool. To learn more about why you should be too, watch this short video.
