Today, I want to talk to you about a recent report issued by the National Association of Realtors. On a national level, they’re predicting a 1% to 3% increase in sales. I’m not sure if we’re going to experience that here in Connecticut; there’s just too much downward economic pressure to expect any appreciation. I’ll go more in-depth later in this series.
