A lot of my clients have been coming to me and telling me that they want to buy homes, but they cannot find any to purchase. It's true that inventory has been woefully low as of late, but this is no reason to worry.

I want to ensure you that homes will be coming onto the market soon. The problem this year is that the market has been slower than usual, and so as quickly as homes come on the market, they are being bought up just as fast.

If you want a good chance to buy a good home, you need to be pre-approved and ready to buy. Our local market is moving very quickly, and you need to be prepared to act fast when you find a good home.
