Today I wanted to talk about the marketing practices that are getting homes sold in our modern market. I am going to give you a brief preview on what we do on the listing side for your real estate transaction.
- Preparation: You need to get your home ready for photography. So, we're going to have a stager come in and make some changes, and when your home looks appropriate, we will then call in our photographer. We need great photographs because 92% of homes are looked at online. If you don't have a clean, professional-looking picture of your home, it could cost you a sale right out of the gate. Your home needs to stand out amongst an army of competitors on the online market.
- Follow-Me Ads: If you've ever been online shopping and are about to buy a product, but for whatever reason you do not, and then go to another website and notice this same product being advertised again - this is what we do now. Our homes will follow potential buyers and they will creep into the back of their mind, just to get them thinking about that home again. These ads will urge potential buyers to click back for more information as they search other websites.
- Old School Networking: We have been networking a lot in New York City and bringing those buyers up here, but we're also seeing a lot of activity from Westchester County. People want to come here because they want to save on taxes. Either way, our network is expanding and we are bringing buyers from those areas to you instead of consumers from Newtown and New Haven.
