August Market Update

Hey, guys! Our market lately has been pretty flat. I wanted to share an interesting statistic with you, though, from the Multiple Listing Services (MLS) in our area.

Homes that expired from 2010 and on, sat on the market for an average of 261 days. Homes that sold were on the market from 90 – 150 days. This is the perfect example of why you need great marketing. With effective marketing and a fair and competitive price, your home will sell quickly.
