What are some things sellers can do to prepare their home for the Newtown market?

Should a seller repair their home or get an inspection before listing?

Sometimes just living in a home can cause wear and tear that we don’t even know about. Investing in an inspection before you put it on the market is a great idea. If a buyer finds something wrong during the inspection, they may become scared and cancel the contract.
