Are You Ready for the 2017 Real Estate Market?

Today, I’m talking about the 2017 real estate market. It may seem early, but if you’re considering buying or selling in 2017, you need to get started now.

If you’re a buyer, start talking to a mortgage advisor. Make sure your credit is intact and your bills are paid. Start thinking about where you want to look so that our team can help you focus in on the right home.

If you’re a seller, you should start prepping your home for the market. As we head into fall, take care of your yard. Really clean it out so that it’s nice and neat. That way, you will have less yard work to do when winter comes and the spring market arrives.

You should also start painting the inside of the house. Work on those touch-ups that you have been putting off for years. Buyers want a neat, clean, crisp home. When you clean up, you give your agent more marketing opportunities for your property.
