What Are the Three P's of Real Estate?

We are finding ourselves in the thick of the summer selling season right now, and to aid you in selling your home this season, I'd like to talk for a moment about the three P's of real estate: price, preparation, and promotion.

Preparation: We bring in our team stager and a photographer in order to make your home look as appealing as possible to potential buyers. You only get one chance to debut your home on the market, so it's important that it's done right.
Price: You also only get one chance to price your home right. You want to price it in such a way that the buyer sees a certain value in your home and would be willing to fight for it in a multiple offer situation.
Promotion: This is really where our expertise plays a big role. We market your home to as many people as possible, and with a wider audience comes a higher chance of selling for top dollar in a timely fashion. We market your home strategically to the right audience in order to get your home sold.

The three P's alone are nothing too special, but when they're put together, they can make the difference between selling and not selling.
