I hope you all are enjoying your summer and had a wonderful Fourth of July weekend. We are now in the dog days of summer and the real estate market has slowed down for the time being.

Keep in mind, however, that the second selling season of the year starts in mid-July and runs through November. In the past few years especially, we have seen a tremendous uptick in the number of homes sold in that time frame.
